Larry Barthlow - Property Manager/Sales Professional
Larry Barthlow is a Dallas / Fort Worth native and has been in residential and commercial real estate for over 10 years. Larry attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he studied business. Larry's knowledge is vast, particularly in the residential and commercial sides of the business. He has assisted in marketing, sales, and lease ups for countless developments in the metroplex area. Entering into the property management side of the business went right along with Larry's real estate ambitions. Larry is the broker of record for Metroplex Associates and strives to better the property management side of real estate. Pamela Lockhart- Property Manager
Pamela received an Associate in Business Administration from Cedar Valley College in Dallas were she studied business law, marketing and accounting. She has held various management positions for companies such as Brewer Custom Homes and Hilton Anatole. Pamela is involved in all phases of the property management process. She is experienced in tenant screening, leasing, maintenance services, accounting, customer relations, property inspections, Section 8 filings and eviction filings.
Eugene Veksler - General Manager
Eugene holds a Bachelor's of Science Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Eugene held various financial analyst positions with The Clorox Company and The Walt Disney Company. Since then he has been involved in residential and commercial property acquisition and management. Eugene's portfolio includes properties in Southern California, Phoenix and Dallas markets.
